Design has been a part of my life for a long while.
Before becoming a licensed real estate agent and starting my own design company, I was a property manager in Los Angeles.
Like most buildings in that area, they were older and outdated. As units became vacant, I handled the design and supervision of all renovations. Some of these units had not been updated since the 70s, right down to the orange formica countertops.
